These surprisingly hardcore mountain bike trails sit smack dab in the middle of Memorial Park and while you're biking your way through a steep ravine you can't help but ask yourself, "Am I really in the middle of Houston" The trails are well maintained and sheltered from the city. At times it feels like you're miles away from civilization. Although the trails certainly aren't expert, their surprising degree of difficulty has earned them the popular nick name "Ho Chi Minh Bike Trail". The entrance to the main set of trails is just between the rugby/soccer fields and the baseball fields.
