This is a Burger Joint, There are presently eighteen McDonald's Restaurants in Penang, of which eleven are on the island while the rest on the mainland. The first McDonald's restaurant to open in Penang was at the Komtar concourse. The outlet has since closed down, replaced by a Watson store.  We aim to be the leader in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry by maximising Profits and through our Principles of QSC & V (Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value) consistent with the needs of our Customers, Employees and Community.
