Matbah Restaurant is inside the Ottoman Hotel Imperial and thus serves the Hotel clients primarily. However with a capacity of over 150 people in winters and 80 in the summer, the restaurant also accommodates other fine diners and the curious from out of the hotel. Serving samples of the classic Ottoman cuisine, the restaurant also offers cooking workshops upon request. It is possible in these workshops to learn the particulars of the Ottoman cuisine, cooking methods and also to cook together with the Chef. The Hotel guests get a discount to join these workshops.
