About
One of Seville's top culinary establishments, this Mediterranean-style restaurants is just off Eduardo Data. Patrons dine by candlelight at discreetly separated tables surrounded by wooden furnishings and artwork. In fair weather you can also sit on the terrace. The chefs create high-quality dishes, some innovative, some traditional. King prawns with béchamel sauce and a tender sirloin steak with black peppercorns are two of the best options. Beef tacos come with a port-enriched salsa, but for something spicier, opt for the merluza (hake) in a pil-pil sauce (codfish gelatin and herbs whipped with olive oil into a thick, creamy consistency). Octopus prepared with shrimp is a signature dish. For dessert, we'd recommend a caramel-flavored pastry with orange marmalade and two kinds of chocolate sauce.
