Marco's Bistro or now known as the Marco's Oyster Bar and Grill was established by the Marco's brothers (Marco & Ben) in 1999. In order to provide supreme Italian food for reasonable prices, Marco has been searching for the best strategy for achieving these targets. All cuisine is designed by the main chef and boss Marco, with the whole team. Marco's Bistro offers good variety of pizzas, pastas with innovative changes over time. With over 30 years experience in the catering industry, Marco started his cooking career when he was 14 years old from being an apprentice to the main chef in some of the top Hong Kong hotels such as the Mira, New World Hotel, The Peninsula, Shangri-la, Sheraton Hong Kong. As a tough and diligent man with strong determination, Marco is one of the most successful businessmen in the Italian catering industry. With real experience of traveling in Italy, Marco has gained fruitful knowledge and skills for making the best Italian cuisine. The restaurant is customer oriented and focuses not only on supreme food quality but also the passion of good food. The signature value for money dishes include the HKD 188 Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras set dinner that comes with a Salmon tartar, lobster soup, baked chocolate volcano cake, red wine. The Italian Parma ham pizza, the American burgers and the roast spring chicken as well as the lamb chops are well prepared and lots of customers are returning customers.
