A lean and subtle venison is produced that is an exciting, accessible and healthy alternative red meat. Mandagery Creek Australian Farmed Venison is a versatile and extremely tender meat that is easy to cook while also possessing the desirable qualities of being low in fat and high in iron. The Mandagery Creek Venison Farm Kitchen is kicking off 2013 with a new program of events and a regular lunch on the second Saturday of every month. Mandagery Creek Venison is proud to offer a range of products. Antlers, deer hides and lamps can be purchased directly or from selected farmers markets.
