Extremely elegant, this restaurant overlooks the beautiful garden of Carcosa. The tall windows are covered with heavily designed yellow curtains and the softly lit tables are kept reasonably apart for more privacy. The piped-in music makes dining a relaxing experience. Specialities include chilled tomato juice, pan-fried fish fillet on lentils, and fresh strawberries and candied ginger grain. Or try the Chicken Supreme and Prawn Mousse, or roasted Australian rack of lamb with Asian spices. A commendable wine list includes choices from France and the New World.
