A panoramic view of the Willamette River Valley accents the mostly French cuisine at the posh RiverPlace Hotel. Large windows enhance the great view, but it is not the only draw. You will see as many business meetings as dressed up couples here. Fresh salads with local ingredients are great for lunch. You may want to stick to vegetarian entrees unless you are searching for rich and heavy. There is a full bar, and the service is no-nonsense.
