A favourite among Malaysians and tourists alike, Lot 10 is Bukit Bintang's very own "Emerald City", housing boutiques that will appeal to shoppers looking for goods in all price brackets. It houses the Isetan department store, and includes the Isetan supermarket which stocks fresh foods but is quite expensive. The basement contains an excellent food court with a wide variety of Asian food outlets.

There are several hairdressers, fashion and shoes stores, and eating spots inside this small mall. The Food Court is located underground, near the ISETAN Supermarket.Most of the meals in this food court focus on Chinese cuisine."
