Exposed brick, warm wooden beams, romantic lighting and impeccable service - Manila has a lot of Italian restaurants but L'Opera is definitely one of the best. The Tuscan-style facade is unmissable, particularly at nighttime; but don't let the decor fool you, as prices are reasonable. The carpaccio of fresh Chilean seabass is a melting delight, and if you're in the mood for rich food, the lobster ravioli in cream sauce should satisfy those longings. There is a delightful desserts list and plenty of good wine by the bottle and glass. Call for reservations. '
