Loktak Lake is a beautiful freshwater lake in  Manipur.It is located near Moirang and deemed to be the largest freshwater lake in North East India. Characterized by the floating vegetation called 'phumdi', Lokatk Lake is also known to be the only 'Floating Lake' in the world.
