This place was built in 1933 and was at that time the highest building in ex Yugoslavia. The upper floor is turned to a restaurant and bar. It was complitely renovated and opened for public after few years just in the year 2010. You can also come there just for the views without a need to buy drink or food. Owner is an Australian citizen with Slovenia routs.
