Located in the Fabre Museum, Jacques and Laurent Pourcel set up this unique little place to experiment and dine. L'insensé restaurants lets you forget all norms and takes you on a culinary journey of flavor and taste. The restaurant offers plates of French favorites with a slight Mediterranean twist. If you can't make a full meal then the place also serves some light salads, soups, sandwiches as well as pastries. One a couple of days in the week, the restaurant also plays host to musicians who add a little added bonus. For reservations, please call ahead.
