The main branch and headquarter for Limerick City Library, which is located in the Granary, offers a wide range of services. Altogether, there are around 100,000 books and audio-visual materials available to adults and children for recreation, information and study. The collection of items available for loan include large print and talking books and a broad selection of audio language courses including French, German and more. Visitors do not need to become a member if they wish to only browse, find information or use the resources available for research or project work. Membership is required for borrowing items.
