The founding idea behind LilBitz (a.k.a. Little Bits) is based on shrinking the size of one meal, bringing down its price, whilst enhancing the taste; so as to allow the diners to sample more tastes and more food. It is recommended to go here as a group and order to the middle, taste everything and share everything. The menu changes regularly and is quite concise and simple. 'Beef round fibers with beet glazed bean puree, yellow corn pudding', as well as 'Grilled tenderloin, carrot moire poix cooked in orange and carrot glaze, hibiscus jasmine rice with herbs and truffle butter' were indeed quite tasty.
