Liberty State Park

Liberty State Park is located on Upper New York Bay in Jersey City, New Jersey, opposite the Liberty Island and Ellis Island. The park opened in 1976 to coincide with bicentennial celebrations[1] and is operated and maintained by the New Jersey Division of Parks and Forestry.
