Hibiscus is a relatively new addition to the mix, having just opened opposite Wat Sop about a year ago. The owner is Lao-French, who also owns the delicious Cafe Bannetton bakery next door, so that's probably why it has more of a chic sophisticated look than other places around town. Housed in a beautiful, old colonial house, Hibiscus is a little oasis of tranquility and calm.
