An influenced cuisine, a moving cuisine. We have here three Montrealers by choice, one lady from Japan, one Chilian and a French man, all sharing one passion : cuisine. They bring you great cuisine experiments reflecting their image, influenced by their country of origin. All year long, chef Sergio invites other chefs in his kitchen. Together, as a team, they share their savoir-faire and good ideas. Thereafter, you can find the fruit of their labor on the menu. Our menu comes with a selection of the best wines on the market, chosen by the sommelier Patrick Lesort.
