Leahy's Open Farm, located just 4km from the County Cork village of Dungourney is a well-know visitor attraction that is suitable for all the family.There is a wide range of animals ready to meet kids and adults alike, including alpacas, a camel, donkeys, monkeys and a snake, as well as the more traditional sheep, goats and horses. Make sure you're there for petting time (at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm) when the animals are taken out and petted.Leahy's also boasts one of the largest mazes in Ireland, at just under an acre in size. Other activities include crazy golf, a go cart track and an adventure area.You can relax and catch your breath in the coffee shop, which offers a great selection of homebaked goods or browse in the gift shop. There are also horse and carriage rides available (on weekends but weather dependent).
