Le Dauphin " centrally located next to the pool, serves fine authentic mouth watering creole cuisine and a fushion of international delicacies . This overlooks an orchid garden with more than 100 varieties of orchids and sits over a lovely fish pond which extends right in the middle of the Restauant with over a hundred large colourful carps. Together with our friendly staffs, our chefs using the freshest local ingredients will prepare a variety of exotic dishes daily for you to enjoy. Le Dauphin serves the best the Seychelles has to offer, such as raw fish sashimi, seafood gratin, a variety of curries with coconut milk and cinnamon, smoked marlin with lemon, whole grilled Red snapper, and an array of tempting deserts . Every night is an experience. Serving 4 nights weekly Buffet from Seafood On Mondays, Typical Creole on Wednesdays, Asian on Fridays and Mixed BBQ grill on Sundays. The other 3 nights our Chef will impress you with a sumptuous 4 course dinner menu. Our Chef will go further to prepare any special dietary requirement meal to satisfy every single client as well as prepare any request by parents for their Children.
