Mercifully, it has separate kitchens for each: the Tai Chi and the Bukhara Grill. The restaurant has a display kitchen. But the service here is prompt, and the food's not too bad - Murgh Tikka, Prawn Tempura, Prawn Salt & Pepper, Shahi Dumki Kalmi, Kasturi Kebab, Lantern Fried Fish, Dum Saunfia Tikka, Dal Makhni and Naan Bukhara are worth a shot.
