Labassa Historic House

Labassa is most noted for its largely intact opulent interior decoration including heavily embossed 19th century wallpapers, rare illusionist ceiling, fine stencille work throughout the mansion, grand staircase with tripartite stained-glass windows, fine mahogany paneling interior and external architectural features have national significance.

Labassa is open on the third Sunday of each month from 10.30am to 4.30pm. Internal tours of the mansion run at 11am and 2pm, with an external tour at 12.30pm. Enjoy morning/afternoon tea or a light lunch served in the Servants' Hall or Courtyard (weather permitting).
