Totally worth the wait if there is one. We went today and it's off season. 8 euro delicious red wine. We wanted him to choose so we just said 4 people and he made an assortment of Italian goodness. The US has nothing like the flavor in the meat. The turkey had balsamic on it and it melted in my mouth. Im normally not a salami fan but now I am! One was peppery and another had salted goodness that melted in my mouth. Omg, the bread has this rich crusty bread to die for. I could need resuscitation from carb overload! Everything was superb!
