The Main Bazaar Road in Kufri stretches the meanings of 'main' and 'bazaar'! There are a couple of bhojanalayas, general stores and hotels, and that's about it. On the far end of the road there is the Central Potato Research Station involved in pioneering work on the humble aloo. The plantations stretch all around you on the stepped slopes.
