We are a new Artisan Bakery nestled in the coastal jetty area of Coffs Harbour. We specialise in organic sourdough breads, cakes, pastries and gourmet pies. We use quality ingredients in all our products and everything we make is made from scratch using no artificial flavours, chemicals or preservatives. Natural leaven exists in all the breads and we use butter instead of margarine for superior taste in the pastries and cakes. Its all about the love of bread, the love of good food and of course the enjoyment of food.
