This taverna near the Hotel Kastil and just behind the Riva has a limited menu (a chalkboard list) of the fish and pasta dishes that you would expect at an island restaurant in Dalmatia. It also has a few traditional beef preparations and a dynamite lobster salad. The dining room is air-conditioned and decorated with agri-art (farming implements). The terrace has just half a dozen tables and a great breeze. Regardless of where you choose to sit, start your meal with a bottle of local wine and end with herb-infused rakija (a strong brandy), if you dare.
