Kokopelli Restaurant and Tequila Bar is located at 1904 Chestnut Street and features a big selection of small plates with a Southwestern flair. We also feature up to 60 different kinds of tequila to compliment this zesty cuisine. Our Executive Chef and creator of our tapas style menu, Gina Rodriquez, comes from La Costa Resort & Spa in California where she manned the kitchen of the resort's signature restaurant , The BlueFire Grill. Before that she served as the first female behind the stoves at the acclaimed 'Ventana Room' at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ. Armed with formal training from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu, Gina has had the opportunity to hone her skills working for some of the country's most noted chefs, including Celebrity Chef John Besh of August in New Orleans and Master Chef Mark Ehrler.
