Under the pagoda of a defunct Chinese restaurant is a sophisticated and utterly romantic spot for a quiet evening of music and conversation. An eclectic mix of lounge furniture is scattered outside at the far end of the harbor, with the most coveted spots -- candlelit tables -- closer to the water. Cocktails arrive with a fanfare of sparklers, and live music -- mostly Turkish adult contemporary -- is performed nightly. Daily 9pm to 3am.
