Killorglin Rowing Club operates from beside the Fishery in Killorglin, County Kerry. The River Luan being the venue for their water based training when the tides are right. Their state-of-the-art boathouse was completed in 2004 and the excellent facilities are well used for land based training when they can’t get on the river. They are the hosts of the Munster Branch Head of the River, held on the beautiful River Laune in February and March each year. Unlike most rowing clubs in Ireland, their season is on all year round. When the Regatta and Head season finish, they begin their very strong coastal season.
