Rad-na yod pak is Thailand's version of fast food. The simple dish, which consists of noodles with a meat and vegetable gravy, is sold out of street carts and at small shops and restaurants that cater to people on the run. Khun Jeed is Phuket's best place to try rad-na yod pak. This "hole in the wall" place might not look like much, but the food is more than worth it. No sitting space here, so be ready to pick up and go, just as the locals do. Because the place caters to people on the way to or back from work, you'll find the doors close at 8:30 pm. Arrive early if you want to make sure you get a plate.
