Kanchana, apparently also called Tim, is the owner and host of this wonderful school to the house/school on the north side of town, and the excellent instruction began. What a graceful and lovely woman Kanchana is. One of the best meals we ate in Thailand and we made it ourselves! My husband and I recommend this experience with no qualifications.
