Kallisti is one of the few restaurants that has greatly contributed to the renaissance of Greek cuisine. The restaurant's resident and guest chefs have a long tradition of modernizing traditional Greek recipes and of adding a touch of sophistication to spice up these dishes. So it comes as no surprise that the menu includes specialties such as onions stuffed with chicken and vegetables or baked cheese with celery and potatoes. The restaurant is housed inside a beautifully renovated old mansion, a 15-minute walk from Panepistimiou Street. This restaurant is located near the Panepistimiou metro stop.
