Kah Hiong Ngiu Chap is originated from Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia and it's known as one of the few must try local delicacies in KK. It is so popular that even the Astro VJ Axian also made a visit to try out the noodles. As it's named, Kah Hiong's specialty is beef noodles which basically include all sorts of beef such as beef balls, soup tulang and other 'spare parts' of beef.
