Policies Reservations We suggest making reservations at least two weeks in advance. A 50% deposit or gift card is required when making appointments for multiple services, packages and groups. Appointments Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your service is received in its entirety. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling All spa appointments must be reserved with a major credit card or gift card. We do require a 24-hour notice for any cancellation, to avoid cancellation fees. Multiple services and packages must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance or the deposit will be forfeited. Gratuity If you feel relaxed, de-stressed and especially content with your treatment, 15 - 20% of the service total is a welcomed reward for a job well done. Retail Return/Exchange Policy If you must return a product, we ask that the return be made within ten days. A product exchange of equal value or less and/or spa credit will be issued. Health Questionnaire We ask that clients complete a health questionnaire, as there are contraindications for certain conditions. Please tell your service provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or diabetes, are taking medicines and/or using topical creams, etc. Series & Spa Certificates Gift cards and series are available. However, there will be NO cash refunds given for series or gift cards purchased at K-Spa. We will give spa credit only. Prices & Treatments Are subject to change.
