Julie's bar, 28 minh khai. A expat bar, the only expat bar (as of 2013-01-30) as matter of fact. Cheap beer, good drinks and a good bunch of regulars. If you are moving here for some time this is the place to get in to the expat community in Hai Phong - or get to know some english speaking Vietnamese. The bar was started by a Norweigan guy and the later sold to the current owner, Julie.
