New Las Vegas history-themed restaurant offering themed-style foods, an atmosphere filled with a historical perspective on Las Vegas, and live entertainment. The café has a creative menu with items named after legendary entertainers and food selections such as the "topless dancer," an open-face turkey breast sandwich. Food selections range from appetizers Charo's Chili and Casino Chip Nachos to complete dinners The Sammy Steak and Cirque du Sole Filet. The main dining room is the café with a stage, long bar, video screens showing vintage footage. The Marquee Room is separate for featuring live entertainers and serving private groups upon request.
