The gastronomic theme is Andean, with touches of European or Asia fusion for good measure. If you are curious to try llama meat – it is tender, tasty and contains no cholesterol – this is the place to come, though other meats, fish and vegetarian dishes including pasta also feature on the adventurous menu. Excellent wines from the North and elsewhere complement this fine cuisine – and chocoholics will love the delicious volcano, a sumptuous cake with a liquid filling.
