Most of the restaurants on Sanibel Island are casual, serving burgers and seafood to visitors straight off the beach. Jean Paul's French Corner is the exception. They do serve fresh seafood, as well as duckling, filet mignon, veal, and breast of pheasant. French wines are available to complement your meal. The prices are steep, and they take credit cards. Proper casual attire is requested. Reservations are suggested. The restaurant is only open for dinner. They are located by the post office on Tarpon Bay Road.
