Just over 3km (2 miles) from Kinsale, Irene Gahan Ryle runs a small pottery workshop in an 18th-century mill. Her work has a good balance of practicality and beauty, and it is only sold from the studio workshop and selected galleries. Jagoes Mill is open by appointment only, so call ahead if you'd like to visit.
