Owned and run by John Desmond and Ellmary Fenton, Island Cookery School specialize in two day cookery courses for two people with accommodation provided. It also offers intensive one to one courses in July and August, where the students learn hands on with John for four days. John and Ellmary will also take the stress out of hosting a private dinner party with their private dinner service. This includes shopping, cooking, serving and washing up. Students can expect to learn a wide range of cookery skills and all levels are welcome.
