We provide a homely, traditional atmosphere, fantastic facilities and spectacular views of Ballycotton and harbour area. Great food and drink are but two of the pleasures on offer at the inn. The Inn By The Harbour is a big favourite with locals as well as visitors from all over the world. Being in such close proximity to the world famous Ballymaloe Cookery School and Ballymaloe House, it’s no wonder that our local produce and cooking is to such a high standard. After a long day out in the fresh air, come and join in the local banter as well as a few creamy pints. Ballycotton has a long standing reputation for fishing, this from the pier and deep sea angling. Inn By The Harbour has the use of two fully licenced boats "The Cleona" and the "Sarah Marie". Soak up the amazing views as you take the famous cliff walk, or out at sea on a fishing trip. On one side there is the rugged beauty of the Atlantic, on the other the more sedate charms of the harbour. It is near bustling Midleton with its famous Jameson whiskey distillery, Cloyne, Castlemartyr Resort golf course, Garryvoe and Shannagarry, famous for its pottery and where William Penn, founder of Pennsylvania, lived.Whether out at sea or inland, it is an area of breath taking beauty and individuality. Why not use the Inn By The Harbour as a base to explore this very unique area.
