A stylish restaurant, lounge and bar, Hushh was quite a happening place at one point of time, endorsed as it was by Sushmita Sen. They have two outlets, both in malls: one in City Centre Mall and the other in South City Mall. The interiors are quite well done up in both. The Salt Lake one is fairly spread out, and in two levels: an indoor air-conditioned section and an open gazebo terrace. The one in South City Mall is somewhat cramped, a youngish lounge, mirrored walls, live pizza counter and private dining niches. While the Salt Lake outlet is predominantly Italian in nature, where the menu features Seafood Soup, Pollo Picatta, wood-fire pizza, Ravioli, Grilled Salmon Steak, Seafood Grill and Tiramisu, the South City one has a hotchpotch fare with sizzlers, sandwiches and coffee in the afternoon hours. However, food plays second fiddle here, so if you don't come with very high expectations, you may have a pleasant time here.
