Hoxton Square is a small park located in the well-known Hoxton area of London City. A number of famous celebrities and artists like Alexander McQueen, Tracey Emin, and Gavin Turk have made their homes here. Hoxton was known as a hotspot for fashion aficionados and artsy folk through the '80s and '90s, and a number of restaurants, cinemas and other entertainment venues also began mushrooming here. Hoxton Sqare Park remains the main attraction, surrounded by a number of industrial buildings. One of these buildings belonged to Dr. James Parkinson, credited with the first diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease.
