Hotel Ristorante Krizman will soon be celebrating its 100th birthday! It will hopefully go on for another 100 years at least, as it is adored at Carso for it is homecooking and is a favorite with the people of Trieste. Surrounded by greenery, between the towns of Rupinpiccolo and Monrupino, you can taste excellent wild ham, braised beef, wild boar, jota - a typical local soup and spectacular, homemade desserts. There is a rustic atmosphere, and the place seats 200 inside and 100 in the garden. Ideal for parties and ceremonies. Local wines available.
