The signature dish of this joint, Special Hyderabadi Biryani, is done in the traditional dum way – cooking meat, long-grained Basmati rice (sourced from Amritsar) and spices together, in three layers and in big vessels using firewood. As many as 35 ingredients go into the making of the Special Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani, which is priced at Rs 95 per plate. The cooks have been specially brought in from Hyderabad, so rest assured: what you get is the real stuff. 'Dum' also ensures taste without excess oil to get you a gippy tummy.
