Hope and Greenwood is an old-fashioned English sweet shop with loads of glass jars full of sweets and a good range of pick and mix. They specialize in homemade British sweets and chocolates. The shop has a very 1950s theme that will bring back memories to many. It is owned by a husband and wife who now own three shops, and it also possible to order from the website, but visiting the shop is well worth the effort. They have won various awards including a gold medal in The Great Taste Awards and the Best Original Store in 2006. - Caroline Collard
