Hoji Pass Soba (そば処ほうじ峠, ''Soba-sho Houji Touge''), Sakuma-cho Sakuma 1832-1 - Tenryu-ku (about 20 minutes' drive north on state route 290 from the JR Iida line's Sakuma station; part of Sakuma Folk Culture Center), ☎ 053 987-1888. 10AM-4PM.
