This smart restaurant is a must for exceptional cooking produced by creative Chef Evert Onderbeke. He cooks light, modern European food with intense flavors; try pan-fried veal with oyster mushrooms; duck liver with rhubarb compote and apples; risotto with braised oxtail and mixed mushrooms. Desserts are to die for, appearing on your table as degustation treats – imagine tiramisu laced with Tia Maria and gingerbread; lemon madeleines; choc brownies with blackberry puree; and vanilla, pineapple & pistachio milk balls. Set lunches and tasting menus, are also available. The light-infused room with comfortably spaced tables, blond timber flooring and an 8-m long fish tank is great for special occasions.
