This museum is situated halfway between the yacht marina and the Flying Dolphins hydrofoil pier of the Zea Harbor. It contains an interesting collection of items displaying the age-old seafaring tradition of Greece. These items bring to life the naval history of this country from pre-historic times to the 20th century. The exhibits include several ship models, navigating instruments, guns, flags, maps and a large archive of books, photographs and films. On display is also a collection of 19th and 20th-century paintings of seascapes.
