About

Between Rue de Rivoli and Pont Neuf, Hôtel de la Place du Louvre*** is on a quiet street that overlooks the colonnades of the Louvre and the Saint Germain l’Auxerrois church. It is an ideal stopping place for a visit to the George Pompidou centre (Beaubourg), Hôtel de Ville or the Marais district, where you can visit a number of different designer shops and of course, the magnificent Place des Vosges. In this old house, there is a successful mix of beautiful vestiges and modern furnishings and decoration. This is clearly visible in their reception and breakfast room which were both renovated in warm and contemporary colours in 2009. Breakfast is served in their 'Cave des Mousquetaires' (Musketeer’s Cellar), a vaulted stone cellar that was once connected to the Louvre. Each of our 20 guestrooms is named after a famous artist and some even have a fantastic view of the Louvre.
